Porto Buffalo Bay is the soul of this experience. A calm, crescent shaped harbour untouched by mass tourism, it offers crystal clear waters, charming fishing boats, and the timeless rhythm of authentic Greek village life. You’ll find quiet coves to explore, stunning waterfalls, traditional tavernas to discover, and a slowness that lets you truly surrender.

Return to Yourself: A Week of Yoga, Nourishment & Stillness
Step away from the noise and soften into stillness.
This is an invitation to immerse yourself in your yoga practice, nourish your body with vibrant plant based meals, and rest into the rhythms of a slower, more intentional pace of living.
Each day offers a blend of movement and rest, we practise Embodied Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Meditation & Yin Yoga all held in a light filled sanctuary with sweeping views of the sea.
Whether you're deepening a long held practice or just beginning to explore the path, each session is crafted to meet you where you are.
Nourishment is at the heart of this retreat. You’ll be served delicious vegetarian and plant-based food prepared with care all of them simple, seasonal, and grounding.
Here in Porto Buffalo, embraced by Mediterranean landscapes and open skies, you’re invited to unplug, reconnect to body & earth and ground back with what truly matters.
This is more than a retreat.
It’s a return to presence, to nature, to yourself.






The Yoga Shala
The Yoga shala is a newly constructed independent hall offering beautiful views of the sea and mountains.
It has hardwood flooring and is bathed in natural light from the surrounding windows.
With excellent climate control, it provides an ideal environment for yoga practice throughout the year.
The shala is equipped with high-quality props; studio mats, blankets, blocks, and belts.
What’s Included:
6 nights accommodation in a beautiful boutique Greek hotel
2 hour Dynamic morning practice (Jivamukti, Vinyasa or Rocket)
A beachfront yoga practice
2 meals a day and snacks/teas
Daily evening practice (Yin, Restorative, Nidra aka sleep meditation)
Sound Baths & Cacao Ceremony
Afternoon workshops (Arm balances, Headstand, Pranayama)
A private pool and access to the beach
Access to local hikes and a walking path to a sunset point
One way group transfer from the airport

The hotel chef curates wholesome vegetarian and vegan meals using the very best of local produce including hearty vegetable risottos, comforting soups, and indulgent vegan chocolate mousse among many desserts.
Breakfast is a celebration of freshness: artisan breads, seasonal fruits, porridge, proteins and local pies to nourish you for a day of vibrancy and nature.
This retreat extends beyond the yoga mat. You can wander nearby mountain trails or gentle coastal paths just beyond the hotel, discover hidden coves, or join us for guided trek to a secret waterfall

Nearest Airport: Athens
Athens airport is 2.5hrs away from the venue. One way airport transfer is included.
We will set up a WhatsApp chat a month before.

These yoga retreats are designed to accommodate all levels, whether you have practised for years or are just starting your journey with meditation and yoga all of you in welcome on retreat.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the countries climate, a reusable water bottle, a yoga mat and props (if you have them) and any personal items you need. We will send out a packing list before each retreat.

Yes, all sessions and activities are optional, so you’re welcome to skip anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
Yoga retreats are meant to be rejuvenating, so you can personalise your experience by joining in as much or as little as you’d like.
